Hi, my name is Joel and I am the creator of Daed.be. This website was originally created as a means of learning PHP and MySQL. The website is hosted by AussieHQ, where I have worked for over three years now. My job at AussieHQ was one of the main reasons I decided to start this website, and I've simply kept it going by adding more and more pages to it.My reasons for choosing to create a lyrics website? Well, essentially I got sick of searching for lyrics on the internet, only to find sites that were infested with flashing ads and popups, or worse. I decided to make my own website very easy to navigate, and simply laid out so that maybe my design and ease of use would separate me from the alternatives.
Despite not having a high page ranking, I still get a number of hits on this site from Google searches, which I hope increase over time. I suppose we'll see... :-)
